Sustainability

FPL staff members include LEED AP and ENV SP certified professionals to support the sustainable design of both building and infrastructure projects. FPL is especially proud of our work at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). UCI’s number of LEED Platinum and LEED Gold buildings are among the highest at any college campus in the United States. FPL’s LEED certified projects at UCI include:

• Continuing Education Classroom Building --- certified LEED PLATINUM for new construction
• Paul Merage School of Business Unit II --- certified LEED PLATINUM for new construction
• Anteater Learning Pavilion – anticipated LEED PLATINUM for new construction
• Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Building – targeting LEED PLATINUM for new construction
