Sports and Entertainment

FPL’s sports and entertainment project portfolio includes stadium, athletic field, aquatic, theater, hospitality, and restaurant projects. For example, FPL has participated in approximately half a dozen stadium projects, including St. John Bosco High School’s Panish Family Stadium. Meanwhile, hospitality projects include the Park Hyatt and other hotels that are currently under construction in Downtown Los Angeles. A representative project is the $2.5 billion L.A. LIVE entertainment campus that is adjacent to Staples Center. L.A. LIVE houses the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton amongst other hotels, Regal Cinemas, Microsoft Theater, approximately two dozen restaurants, and other entertainment facilities.
