FPL provides on-site and off-site civil engineering services for both building and infrastructure projects. Our site development project portfolio includes hundreds of projects, including K-12 and higher education, healthcare, civic/municipal, transit facility, office, residential, parking, and sports and entertainment projects. Our off-site / infrastructure project portfolio includes “complete street” / active transportation, intersection improvement, Caltrans ramp improvement, roundabout, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, pavement rehabilitation, street widening, street vacation, and wet utility relocation projects.
