Active Transportation

FPL’s active transportation project experience ranges from designing solar-powered bikeway lighting to converting existing railroad right-of-way into a pedestrian and bicycle corridor. FPL has also participated in a number of “complete street” projects that balance the needs of pedestrians, bicyclists, transit (streetcar and bus) riders, and drivers. Active transportation projects also include multiple bridge projects to close the gap between bike/pededstrian trails.
